Definately not, when the person answering the phone is rude, red flag no thank you.
Last year, I had a transmission go out on my daily driver. Most of every shop told me 2 weeks for the repair and no real wiggle room to get it done faster. At Paul's auto, the staff laid it out to me in actual labor hours plus a time frame for delivery of the new transmission. Giving me a work completion window of 5 days to 2 weeks. I chose Paul's because of the way they presented the job to be done and a heartfelt promise to get it done as fast as possible.
