From what I understand, this guy is an angry small boy. Yells at everybody, the tenants, the tenants' customers. He has no respect for anybody. I don't know how he's been allowed to treat people like this this long.
Didn't work on my car. Parked in a spot near his door while doing business with someone else. Dude starts yelling to "F&*^ move my car or I'll have it dragged" No signs, no indication that you can't park there. I move, but while leaving not 2 minutes later he starts swearing at me again. I stop and after a heated conversation where I was able to calm him down. He informs me that he hates people and is sick of it.
