I’ve now had two windshields repaired and one chip filled with Paul, every time they have been amazing to deal with. I highly recommend their services. This last time I had to hang out with my daughter for the morning while we were there for the entire repair thanks to bad weather. We were offered use of the TV and snacks. I was also having trouble getting in touch with my insurance provider and they were so helpful to call them for me directly. I've had to replace 2 windshields since moving to Port Hawkesbury. My first experience with Paul's was so positive, I was adamant with my insurance company the second time around, that I would only go back there. They are flexible with scheduling, very clean and professional, and they vacuumed my car and wiped my dashboard down before returning my car to me. What a lovely touch. I would highly recommend.
June27 2025. My wife had two chips in her windshield from flying rock's. They worked as a team to accommodate us and do the repair. No insurance paperwork hassle. Quick, professional job. It was nice to see the staff got along so well with each other . A pleasure to do business with them.
In 35 years of having a drivers licence that's the worst driving I have ever seen!
