There’s no other place I would or will go to get the windshield on any of my vehicles repaired or replaced. I appreciate honest and genuine people and that is what I have found for years at Paul’s auto glass and even now under new ownership. I am a proud and satisfied costumer and would recommend this business not only for my vehicles but also for glass replacement and window care for my home. They have served me well in both services. I cannot see anyone dissatisfied with their services.
I’ve now had two windshields repaired and one chip filled with Paul, every time they have been amazing to deal with. I highly recommend their services. This last time I had to hang out with my daughter for the morning while we were there for the entire repair thanks to bad weather. We were offered use of the TV and snacks. I've had to replace 2 windshields since moving to Port Hawkesbury. My first experience with Paul's was so positive, I was adamant with my insurance company the second time around, that I would only go back there. They are flexible with scheduling, very clean and professional, and they vacuumed my car and wiped my dashboard down before returning my car to me. What a lovely touch. I would highly recommend.
June27 2025. My wife had two chips in her windshield from flying rock's. They worked as a team to accommodate us and do the repair. No insurance paperwork hassle. Quick, professional job. It was nice to see the staff got along so well with each other . A pleasure to do business with them.
