Originally, I gave Chris 4 stars. Every time I've dealt with him directly, he was straightforward with me about expectations and pricing. Sometimes he is late in the morning, but that's because he's getting parts for repairs. He has a woman named Leslie working his front counter and phone now. She is not knowledgable about the work, and does not explain things very well. The last time I spoke with her I was arranging for Chris to look at my AC for a second time. After taking the truck to multiple shops and being told they cannot figure the problem out, I was given Chris AC shop’s info from a friend. Chris was able to diagnose the root cause of the problem and quickly resolve it while reducing downtime. Highly recommended.

I went to Chris’ A/C & Full Auto Service a couple days ago to get a diagnosis for my A/C, the blower wasn’t blowing any air. I brought my car in around 3:30, and within 30 minutes, they had diagnosed the issue. Even better, the problem was completely fixed by the time the shop closed at 5:00 even though they were extremely busy. Chris was incredibly patient and understanding, and both he and his wife were so welcoming — their hospitality was amazing. Chris and Leslie are true Texans By definition. Hardworking , honest , kind. Chris was able to diagnose my trucks issue quickly and was able to explain everything to me. Chris has deep well of knowledge on vehicles and I will be coming back for their business. 5/5
