Paul took more than $300 from us to repair our washing machine, said a part was backordered, and then we never heard from him again. We've called from 3 different phone numbers and been to his house, nothing.
We had Paul come out and repair a fridge for us. He was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and was in and and out quickly with minimal interruption to our workday. We've had no issues since.
He fixed the bake element on my stove told us he has to order the part from a place in Dayton, OH and the shipping cost was $20. I have checked several different place and even Lowe's and the shipping on the part was no more than $7 on average. I don't like be lied to and will never use again.
Paul's service is no longer operated out of his house at 2800 Southeast Parkway. He's moved.
Well this is my experience... "Paul's service, " was supposed to come fix my stove at the time we scheduled to... BUT never showed up or called... Very disappointed.
