I absolutely love her. She never rushes me. Takes time to listen. Not pushy or lectures me about a bad habit, or weight gain. Gives her opinion for sure. Has a sense of humor. Very kind and thorough. Has been my Dr. for two yrs? Sometimes I have to wait but I don't complain because I think of how she takes her time with me. I'm not crazy about having to go about ever 3 mo.'s when there is nothing wrong. Think its called a wellness check?
Dr Krusemark is an amazing physician who will go above and beyond for her patients. I've been a patient for 10 plus years, and will nevee go to anyone else if I have a choice.
Dr. K and his assistant Leslie consistently display the utmost professionalism and concern for my health and welfare. They are sensitive to the value of my time without short cutting the time they spend to provide their services. Dr K takes the time to more than adequately explain his concerns about my health, and the probable causes and solutions.
The staff that answers the phone are very short and come off rude over the phone. Honestly it's with any doctor office anymore. The staff treats you like you aren't even human. You're just another number. Very aggravating. The reviews about the doctor on several sites look pretty bad, think I'm going to cancel the appt. after all.
I scheduled an appointment with the office. Was not able to go to appointment because of car trouble. I tried to make another appointment with the office and was told that i could not see the Dr until four months later and would need the approval of Dr Morgan. I was confused and embarassed. It is difficult to find a Dr and I missed the appointment I understand but it was out of my control. I can't understand why I was treated this way
Worst Doctor ever! I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.
