Very disappointed with my experience. I booked my car in because there was a rattling coming from the front end. I was initially advised that the parts required would cost approximately $14–$27 per side, with around $200 labour per side because the shock absorbers needed to be removed. I was comfortable with this and asked for a quote; however, I never received one. I also asked whether the car could be serviced while it was there. The customer service was great. The reception staff were very friendly, easy to deal with, and flexible when arranging times for the repairs. Unfortunately, I have to base my overall rating on the mechanic’s workmanship, and honestly, I found it very disappointing. During the repair, a few bolts were apparently “rusted” and broke. I’m not sure why damaged parts were then being put back onto the car, but this became a much bigger issue later. The alternator was also reattached incorrectly.
