I spoke to Nathan on the phone and described to him the problem with a plastic cover underneath the engine on my 2015 Honda. He told me they would have to look at it to see if they could help me out. He also warned me that they might not be able to put up on a rack because they've got a number of jobs ahead of me. I understood completely.
