Office just needs to work on timeliness with customer appointments. The few times I’ve been, I’ve waited 30 - 45 minutes to be seen from my scheduled time. Just as doctor offices want patients to be timely (before charging a fee), the same consideration should be given to the patients (in my opinion). Even still, Dr. Dave is a good doctor. No complaints with her.
Dr. Davy is a great doctor, but the communication between patients and staff is terrible. I was prescribed a new medication in March 2026 and wasn’t approved until June 2026. I called so many times and left messages to no avail. I ended up calling my insurance company to see what the problem was. Eventually they got the ball rolling.
Dr. Paulomi Dave is awesome! I was so nervous to go to an Endocrinologist to discuss my medical condition. Dr. Dave greeted me warmly and began reviewing my lab work. Dr. Dave provided good information, and she allowed me to ask questions that I heard on "TikTok", lol. I am now convinced that exercise and healthy eating can improve my overall health.
