Best renovation experience EVER! Let me start by saying we've lived in our building for 26 years and have done many reno projects along the way - everyone of them ended with some degree of disappointment. We worked with Paulo Construction on a near-total renovation of our NYC coop starting late last year, and are so glad that we have found a company that we can return to when we the time comes to update the remaining spaces. Paulo renovated my entire apartment (room by room, while we lived in it, which is much harder to do!). He and his team were professional, organized, clean and neat, and friendly, and he sticks to schedule. The work is excellent--he has pride in his work and stands behind it--and he is a fine person as well. I can and do highly recommend him!

Paulo and his team replaced our back door and installed a screen door. Our old door was drafty, which was intolerable in the winter—you could even see daylight at the bottom of the door. They left everything neat and worked hard to get the job done. I hate cold weather, but I look forward to enjoying Paulo’s craftsmanship and not freezing every time I go down the back stairs to do laundry this winter. I’d highly recommend!
