I want to know why, I've asked twice for an explanation to speak to you, Dr Calderon and you continue to refuse to treat patients This is a formal request for urgent continuity of care. Average score given without a visit. He needs to change his website to say Not Accepting New Patients. Called Nov 2025 to schedule appointment in June 2026 for annual physical. Lady did not state No New Patients until after I told her my insurance was Blue Cross & Blue Shield. But she said not accepting new patients until May 2026
Very disappointed with the front office staff. I been waiting for a week for a referral to an oncologist. First she said that insurance needs to approve the referral, I called my insurance and they said approval is not needed for a Dr visit, I called back got the run around on who to blame. I called again today. She was trying to tell me again insurance needs to approve and how they have nothing to do with a referral. I will looking for new Dr for me and my family.
Definitely recommend Dr Calderon’s office. He and his staff of PAs are always very helpful and patient with my Father in law during his appointments. Please give them a try.
