Dr Ketch was great. Scheduling needs work. Heart echo and xray were to be done. Follow up was scheduled before the tests. Then they just made up appointments without consulting or notifying me. Happened to call in and found out I had an appointment scheduled during time I was working but didn’t want to drag it out for another month
This place feels like a post apocalyptic movie scene. Trash on the floor. Pulling blood in front of everyone. Taking wheelchairs from patients to use on other patients. An absolute disaster zone.
It was a great experience as always
I take my daughter and they kept billing me after giving them her insurance information twice! They end up sending it to collections after I called them multiple times to make sure I didn't have a balance. Now they can't discuss how THEY messed up.
