He was just awful yelled at us for not knowing information that I physically don’t remember because I have a concussion. Didn’t answer any questions and gave us a prescription for migraines complete waste of time after he was running an hour and a half behind for the original appointment time. WebMD could have gave me better answers and I’m almost inclined to use it to save money from having to deal with doctors like him Do Better!!!!
I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel that I must in this case. I had the worst experience that I've ever had in a doctor's office yesterday. I brought my friend for an initial exam and Dr. Acosta couldn't have been more rude and condescending. I can't believe the way we were treated. Rude, disrespectful, I DO NOT RECEMEND HIM TO NO ONE.
This provider isn't even worthy of 1 star. My sister was referred to him and had the worst healthcare experience of her life. Like many others have shared, he was rude, condescending and belittling. There is absolutely no reason why a provider should cut their patient off while they're explaining their symptoms. This is extremely dangerous and NOT OKAY. Throwing medication at someone when you haven't even heard the full scope of their symptoms is malpractice and why so many have a lack of faith in the healthcare system. Read... read more
Dr. Acosta is rude, condescending and does not listen to what his patients are telling him. He does most of the talking and will cut you off when you have something to say. If you're looking for a Neurologist, do not choose this doctor.
