Dr. Lorimaire and her office are fantastic! I worked 15 years in a consulting role with Office Practice Managers so I am quite critical of physician's office flows and procedures with regards to the patient experience. The provider can be fantastic, and She is, but if the front end sets the patient experience off on the wrong or bad note that can be a death sentence for even the best Doc bedside manner. An excellent doctor really takes her time to address your concerns and needs and make sure she answers all your questions! Her office staff also try’s their best to accommodate and get you in when needed!
