My 83 year old grandma brought her car in for service. They told her it was unsafe to drive. They would not offer her a way home, so she walked all the way to back to Loves Park. I am absolutely disgusted
Been meaning to check this shop out over some random electrical issues, but as luck would have it, the locking mechanism in my ignition cylinder crapped out, so I got my opportunity. They got it done faster than expected and slightly below their quoted price. Felt very comfortable with their work and everything was explained in detail.
