Great lobster roll if there is better in Boston please comment I would try…but this one is really good if you are reading this & waiting in line next door for Neptune oyster, get out of line and go into Pauli’s Even better cookie
Got the hot lobster roll and the sampler. The sampler had tons of fries with good seasoning. The cheese stick were good. The rice balls were okay. The lobster roll was disappointing with all the buildup of this place. It was more like a pack of frozen lobster meat heated up with butter and no seasoning.
Came here for the lobster roll. Got warm with butter and cold. Both were a bit disappointing. Clam chowder was very watery and bland. James Cool and company had the best lobster roll in my opinion. Neptune’s was good also, but their clam chowder was also very watery and bland.

A must for lobster rolls, both the hot and cold rolls were perfect. But stick around and check out their huge menu! How they pull that off with such a small kitchen, my hat is off to you!
