We went and had work done but when we picked up the vehicle the motor ticks never ticked prior and some how its not their fault BS is all I have to say

I got two tires and a brake inspection three weeks ago. I asked the tech to put the two new tires on the front. He put them on the back, which is not what I asked or what he agreed to do. After the front desk guy managed to convince me that this was proper. I was uneasy that the tech didn't do what I asked. I also wanted the front tires rotated. I have been dealing with Mark for over 10 years since before he opened his repair facility and only sold tires from across the street. He has always been fair, knowledgeable, friendly and quick to provide good service. All my family vehicles have been serviced by Mark and his team over the last decade. I can't believe how awesome these guys were. Mark just knew everything there was to know about tires. He listened to my needs and explained the features and benefits of each.
