Had a delicious raspberry cake made by Pauline. 10/10. So yummy
Marvelous Merveilleux!!! It's so tempting to buy one of everything at Pauline's French Macarons whenever I see her at the Golden Farmer's Market. Not only are all her creations a piece of art, their ingredients and flavours are masterfully combined in just the right way to make every one of them worth devouring. My May long weekend treat was called a Merveilleux, and it truly was:) Never disappointed!
Pauline made our (gluten-free) wedding cake and macaron towers. It all tasted lovely and looked incredibly beautiful! Pauline was great to communicate with, and really delivered on the colourful cake design we were looking for. Wonderful baking and great customer service!
We tried some of Pauline’s offerings at a cafe called Ethos out in Golden on our road trip. We were absolutely blown away. The cakes and macarons were visually appealing and most refine. Some of the best we ever had. They are not overly sweet mass produced stuff you find in many cafes. These are super high quality pastries that we were so fortunate to discover in little Golden! You can taste the pride that goes into making these pastries. We tracked her down here to make sure we can provide a fitting review to her creations.
