I’m surprised at the negative comments. I had a good experience. I called to send over my mermaid braid inspo pics and get a quote. Marie explained the process to me very thoroughly. I bought my hair at a beauty supply, showed her to see if I should get more, then came back a few days later to get my hair done. It took about 6 hours but came out so beautiful.
