I'm really disappointed writing this review, but I believe honesty matters especially during the holiday season. The work was rushed and sloppy: uneven and inconsistent parting, frizz at the roots, braids lifting early, and a lack of overall neatness and polish. This is not what I expect from a professional service, especially at the price point. I did contact the braider to address my concerns. The first two pictures is what I asked for and the last two is what I got. I absolutely loved my hair and it looked exactly how I wanted it to❤️ She was so nice and she made sure I was happy with the design. 10/10 would recommend 🙏🏽
