Not keeping up with appointments.
My stylist did an amazing job fixing my hair. I had an at home layer cut done by a family member that turned out horrible and I thought I was going to have to wear a ponytail for months to hide the damage. I came in during my lunch break and got started on me right away. She was very professional and did a great job on my hair. I will not be going anywhere else after today.
