“We don’t answer to you—we answer to the military,” as to say they don’t owe an explanation to the patient since it’s one insignificant service member. Does it only matter if I am authorizing the paycheck from Tricare? That’s how it felt hearing that. As a person in the military it didn’t feel welcoming. The patient should know when their appointments are canceled, at the very least.. Dr. Kogan and her team delivered an amazing experience from start to finish. The entire team was knowledgeable, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They made me feel comfortable the whole time, and the quality of care was outstanding. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!

One of the best dentists I’ve been to. Lived in NC, GA, OK, MO, KS and now VA. She is one of the best I’ve ever been to. She makes you feel comfortable the entire time. Staff is great as well.
Had a pretty good, quick, and effective cleaning with the hygienist today. She provided good advice on how I could better take care of my teeth. Cleaning was very thorough.
