I cancelled an appointment with 3 hours and 57 mins notice. I was 3 minutes late as they have a 4 hour notification required to avoid a late cancellation fee. I had been attending this clinic for 4 years and had hoped that calling 3 minutes after cut off would have resulted in some common sense and waiving the cancellation fee on this one occasion.
