First time visiting today with some friends and what a great place for Wood fired pizza. 6 pizzas were ordered and within 15 minutes they were out and smelling amazing. Waitress was super nice and answered all the questions we had for first timers. Pizza crust was airy with a little crunch just the way I love it. Sauce was just right and the pepperoni was excellent I got mushroom and red onion as well. Perfect size for one person but it was so amazing I bought another to bring home for Saturday. The food was good, but the service was terrible. We waited 35 minutes for our pizza, and the waitress repeatedly ignored us as if we didn’t exist. There were several times when she looked directly at us and still didn’t acknowledge us. Trying to get her attention felt like trying to get the attention of a wall. The food was good, but the service completely ruined the experience.
I cannot stress how good Paulie Gee’s pizza is. I always get the squares and they are absolutely perfection. Everything about this place is perfect. I would eat their pepperoni off a moving truck tire
