Very unpleasant experience with Dr. Saddler today. I had an appointment scheduled for 4:20 pm and arrived 15 minutes early, as recommended. I was taken to the room on time, but the nurse told me Dr. Saddler was running late. I then waited 45 minutes in the room without any update. As my 11-year-old was home alone, I eventually had to leave. When I stepped out, I saw Dr. Saddler talking with nurses. this message still daunts me. I asked this doctor for a covid test in a panic and she was VERY unhappy with how i addressed her. Please forgive me Doctor Saddler.
Dr saddler has been my doctor for a few years now I absolutely adore her I love how attentive she is to my needs. she is definitely an old school doctor that will send you for all kinds of test but cares for her patients with the upmost respect. She answers your questions in a timely manner through the portal and makes you feel so comfortable. I wouldn't want another doctor but her for my primary needs.
Kind and compassionate care. Respectfully deals with insane uptick of patient volume since 2020. Listens and is very proactive about referrals.
