Horrible experience, waited an hour for Star to arrive, booked my appointment at 9:35 didn’t start until 10:40, spoke to Paulette she apologized but I don’t recall Star apologizing, my daughter hair looks horrible hair poking out the braids, parts crooked, just horrible and we have a trip out of town just highly unacceptable, then had the nerve to message me about the other half payment when it was fully paid. ms.erica is an amazing stylist! I went to her for a sew-in with a lace closure and wanted it to look more natural for me since i’m not used to wearing weave and she did exactly that! the experience was great. I had my hair washed at the salon and it was very relaxing. i would definitely recommend anyone to go to ms.erica!
