This is a great repair shop. I brought my car here in 2023 firs for a dent in the front of my car that needed repair. Then the second time I had the bumper repaired. The service was excellent. Repair was complete and ready in a timely manner. Explanation of insurance coverage and what it would cost me out of packet was explained completely. I use Paulen Auto body shop for any issues I have with my car. I highly recommend Paulen Auto body shop

Paulen Auto is a fantastic body shop in Chicago, the best I've been to. I took my VW GTI in after a small accident involving my front bumper, and Maciek told me he could get "90-95% of the damage out with just a buff + repaint." He did not disappoint, and I'd say it was much closer to 100%. The bumper looks brand-new, and I ended up saving about $1000 over a new one. I highly recommend Maciek and his shop for any body work you may need!
