We got internet installed. Very pleased . Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend for internet services..
So far they have not been great. No call no shows twice on two different occasions when they said they would he there. Have to call multiple times and leave multiple voicemails to get answers. If I could switch back to AEP I would. At least they always answered my calls and showed up quickly. Also, dont give us the run around with fake (employee, John) excuses about the weather and car accidents when the weather hasn't been bad the last couple of days. Paulding Putnam has been fantastic to work with! Their service is reliable, outages are rare, and when they do happen, the crew gets power restored quickly. Their communication is great, and it really feels like they care about the community they serve. Highly recommend!
