Awful hospital. No customer service.
On Dec 17th I slipped on black ice in my driveway and the ambulance came & took me to the hospital. I am an amputee & it was my amputationed leg that all the pain was coming from. After getting to the Hospital I had to repeat the story 6 time to staff on what happened before anything was done. I was extremely upset because for 30min they watch me cryout in pain and took half ass xrays just to tell me it was a sprained knee, gave me some pain meds, & sent me on my way. Been sitting here with my daughter in bad pain and still no Dr. Been almost an hour. I can see multiple nurses talking and having a good time. The pregnant nurse is having lots of fun talking with all the guys. Unbelievable
My husband went in for prostate issues. He was evaluated by the doctor & admitted to the hospital for 4 days. He's doing great.
