Oct. 19 2022. I went to Paulding co.health clinic. To get a flu shot.artived @4:17 .a nurse trinette mertitt called me back @4:30. I gretted with her hello.i was not greeted back.we enter the room. To.left I sat In the chair next to door .trinette vaguely ask me some questions. I saw a needle in a tray on desk with a needle in it she then walked over to the right of me ask me to relax my right arm.she administered the shot. Oct 2022 I went to Paulding Co health clinic to get a flu vaccine. was the lady that administered it.around 4:30pm . A Caucasian older women called me back.as I entered the room.i sat down in chair next to door.i noticed a tray on the side of desk which look like a needle with orange covering. The lady started to ask me questions in a vague manner.she then walked to the right of me and ask me to relax my right arm.
