Had my 2020 voyager repaired here. They do very good mechanical and body work. Had some issues with a/c and electrical but they very enthusiastically resolved it. I would use them again and recommend them. Also, my wife really enjoyed speaking with Kai in the front office, very nice people there.
Paulding Collision was recommended by a family member who was happy with work they did for him, so I brought in my car that had some front end damage. Coming up with a written estimate only took a few minutes, so I gave the go ahead on the work. They sent me a text link, which allowed for me to track on the progress of the repair. Drake is the man! I stopped in, unannounced, to get help with my door trim issue. Two lovely young people greeted me in the office and promptly summoned Drake to assist me. Soon after, a cheerful young man greeted me with a warm, firm, and trustworthy handshake. They are officially family. From the beginning to the end of body work on my 2019 Acura ILX. They are professional, courteous, great people, and excellent at their jobs!! Love them for life.
