Had my service truck in there before Christmas waiting on a frame . Frame came in almost a month ago. And still nothing is done to the truck. Can't get good communication. Everyone has a different story. If I had my choice, I would not use them again
Unreasonably slow, they had our car for almost a month and it was still drivable. I have never had a car stay in the body shop this long when it was still a driveable vehicle. They apparently received the wrong parts and hadn't verified they were correct upon receipt, and weren't even transparent that this was the hold up until it was time to pick the car up. They were reasonably communicative the whole time, but we were given serveral "it'll be ready by dates" that they kept having to move out. Thankfully we weren't renting... read more
Very pleasant experience. I will definitely be using their services again. The entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. I love the paint job on my truck!
