Paulding Collision was recommended by a family member who was happy with work they did for him, so I brought in my car that had some front end damage. Coming up with a written estimate only took a few minutes, so I gave the go ahead on the work. They sent me a text link, which allowed for me to track on the progress of the repair. Drake is the man! I stopped in, unannounced, to get help with my door trim issue. Two lovely young people greeted me in the office and promptly summoned Drake to assist me. Soon after, a cheerful young man greeted me with a warm, firm, and trustworthy handshake. I have had work done here in past years which was seamless 5 star quality. During my most recent experience it seemed that attention to detail/quality control has slipped. I brought my vehicle in for repairs after a front end collision. The obvious exterior repairs were initially repaired. I also had out of pocket cosmetic work done to the rear at the same time.
