I don't know how my experience is so different from these reviews. I had an awful experience. At the time, I was trying to get my house cleaned since I had a parasite outbreak with my foster kittens. I showed where I really needed cleaning, mostly on the low part of walls where the kittens may have been scratching on the walls where their litter boxes where and the parasite could still be active. **Edit** Updating to 4 stars as I ended up finding more places they missed cleaning. Overall the job was done well but they didn’t clean inside one of the bathroom vanities, missed 1 window, left a lot of streaks on some of the other windows and missed one of the fans. Overall they did pretty good and the price was very fair so will leave at 4 stars
