I went to have my hearing tested at Paula's Hearing Aid Services recently. After this thorough audio procedure was completed, the final results determined that at this point I've experienced no significant hearing loss to my great relief. Paula was also super helpful in offering several tips on ways to protect my hearing moving forward. Paula's Hearing Aid Service has been fantastic for my Mom! They are so kind and go out of their way for people they don't even know! They did a wonderful job on her hearing test (free of charge.) They have also adjusted and cleaned her hearing aids for free!! My Mom is hearing so much better! Paula and her staff are simply the best!!! ❤️
Paula was wonderful to work with. When needing something as important as a hearing device, Paula explained all of the options, pricing, and helped my husband find the right hearing aid that would work best for him. Not hearing things and people was very frustrating for him. Paula did a fantastic job showing him how to use them, take them in and out, how he can use his smart phone to adjust them, and how to care for them. Thank you, Paula, for your time and patience!
