I’m a loyal customer for Paula’s choice, not only for their great products but also their great customer service. The company immediately issued me a replacement after I informed them that I didn’t receive my order due to the unknown reasons from USPS. Did not work for me. I purchased many of their products in April for myself and then in May for my daughter, very expensive. I didn’t mind the cost if it was going to help with my issues. None of it worked. I took their quiz, purchased products recommended, skin always felt oily. My skin looks the same, as a matter of fact it began to break out again. Very disappointing. The company costumer service is not professional at all. I had reached out to the numerous times over a product I brought from Sephora and they never contacted me back to resolve the issue. They instead sent emails verifying the inquiry that took place. When I tried to call again, I noticed they blocked my phone number. This is not good business practice nor ethic.
