I have been with Dr. West for some time now. She is always attentive and engaged during my appointments. I like the small town feel at the clinic. I work in hardin co where it's easy to feel like you are merely a number. Dr. West always makes me feel as if I am her only patient. Melinda, the nurse, is enjoyable to talk to and always returns my call when I leave a message. Many times she answers the phone and personally takes care of my concerns. I have spent most of the 25 years I have lived in Bowling Green trying to find a competent PCP who is compassionate, concerned and will spend the time making sure you understand your health care. The PCP I started with was all those things but unfortunately passed away.
