Dr. Thielen-Kocharov and her nurse staff are great! She’s kind, takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about you. I enjoy that we can chat about our kids who are the same age. Each of the nurses I came in contact with were very kind and friendly. Especially Kailey, she made the shots and blood draw painless :) The front desk ladies were friendly and welcoming too.
Dr. Thielen-Kocharov came in the room sat down at the computer and was busy typing. She made me feel like I was bothering her with my health issues rushing through the appointment. Dr. Thielen-Kocharov seemed dismissive of my concerns and didn't offer any reassurance or empathy. I left feeling frustrated and unheard.
First experience was okay and staff was great. They did not label my UA. Had to return to the office. Those should always be labeled. Just an inconvenience to the patient. Constantly reschedules patients and doesn’t have any sooner openings. I was told the soonest appt was 3 months months out and that was a f/u. Not satisfied at all.
She is awesome l! I feel like she really took the time to consider my concerns and truly wanted to explore the cause of my symptoms. She also has a very upbeat, kind personality.
Dr.Thielen is the best. I truly love her. Our health conversations of me are sincere and with full concern and diligence. I’m actually excited to come to my appointments to see her. She’s extremely knowledgeable and kind but to the point about my health. I’m grateful that she’s my doctor.
