Paula has done a wonderful job. We have been with her for years.
If I could give her 0 stars I would. I had my daughter go to her bc her doctor had appts out for a month and she was in so much pain.Paula sprow was completely unprofessional and rude! Totally disregards how the patient is feeling and certainly cares nothing of what they say. She made my daughter feel embarrassed and very uncomfortable. DO NOT GO TO HER! it’s hard enough to go to doctors anymore to begin, you don’t need her to make you feel how she made my daughter feel.
Went for a shoulder injury and was lectured about a lower back injury instead. Tylenol and Motrin daily was her answer after asking me to take my shirt off and touching me in various spots. Needless to say, I'm going to follow up with an actual doctor.
I've never had a problem, Paula's care of patients is excellent! Highly recommend!
