We went to Paula for pre-marriage counselling, having had some concerns about our relationship before the big day. As soon as we walked into her office, she made us feel so comfortable and normalised our issues within minutes. We walked out with concrete tools and understood each other so much more and knew what to do differently moving forward. The best investment we ever made!!
I was forced to go to see Paula by my better-half and was absolutely dreading it. I couldn’t believe how much more better and positive I felt after our first appointment. Paula was brilliant. She didn’t judge me. Make me feel not alone and she explained things really simply which made me so much more confident and it all made so much sense. My fault we didn’t go sooner. Thankyou Paula
I was very anxious at first as she’s a straight shooter. She never scapegoated either of us. Just helped us understand how we were both contributing to the the toxic dynamic we got ourselves stuck in. She highlighted how we were BOTH contributing to the negative outcomes we were enduring.
Paula has an amazing gift of intuiting information. Unbelievable!! She got me straight away without me having to to tell my whole story for 20th time (been to many psychologists over the past 30 years, lol). Would not hesitate to recommend Paula. She is so talented and has changed me life!! Forever
