It’s been a few years since I was a patient, but Dr. Newman-Casey is an amazing doctor. She herself receives 4 stars. However, when one of their staff was continuously rude and hostile with me over the phone regarding a completely misunderstood request, I found myself completely unsupported by the doctor. In fact, my attempts to clarify were maligned and seen as argumentative. I was told to either sign a patient agreement or be banned from using U of M doctors.
