Dr Castano showed compassion and empathy to me while I was in her care. I was very nervous and emotional going through the procedure but she and her staff made me feel at ease and took amazing care of me. She is communicated with me so I knew exactly what to expect which is important to me. I highly recommend her and if I have to receive any gynecological care again, she’s the only trusted Dr I would entrust in my care.
Dr. Paula Castano is the best gynecologist and a top MD in the city. She's so good that I'm now seeing her (rather than my PCP) for my annual exam. Unlike other gyno's who come across as cold or judgmental (without any basis), she has a warm caring bedside manner. She's experienced so her exams are NOT painful. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Paula Castano throughout my procedure. She is very well experienced, makes you feel at ease, and answers all of your questions thoroughly. Dr. Castano genuinely cares about her patients. I am truly grateful that she was my doctor!
