Terrible customer service. Won't return emails or calls. I cancelled my policies in writing on July 21, 2023 and still Nationwide drafted my account for the policies on August 2nd. This was due to an error by Komonh, an employee there. As of 8/8/23 I still do not have a refund and still have not heard from Paula Ratliff about this. I spoke with another male employee who tried to blame me, telling me that I did not sign a Docusign document which was never sent to me. I asked to speak to Komonh who refused to take my call.
