I read the other poor reviews and had similar experiences while I was a patient there. I eventually ended care with this office and found another PCP. I also experienced bullying, disrespect, a rude staff, unnecessary tests being ordered and when I said no to one of the tests, I felt bullied by the staff. The PCP I now see is much better. I haven't had any problems with the new office I now go to.
I chose this office because my sister was a medical assistant there, all was great until she got pregnant any they started bullying her for several months, causing her mental health to spiral, then FIRED her and told her she had 24 hours left with her health insurance while PREGNANT! They are horrible, disgusting humans and treat their employees like trash. If you’re looking for doctors and staff who actually care about people, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE
Dr. Carbone's staff office is extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. The front desk girl lacks of basic manners and . she always makes fun of patients after hanging up the phone, imitating their voice and laughing at each one of them. She is all about money. Her care consists of forcing you to go in for as many tests and follow up visits that she can bill for. She refused a standard refill at 3 mths unless I went in for more blood work and yet another follow up visit. She epitomizes the waste in medicine today. She does not listen to your medical history and just keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. Her staff is rude and disrespectful. Stay far away.
