Most importantly: My experience with this doctor completely agrees with those reviewers who say that she is a prejudiced, if not racist, provider who rarely believes her patients are in real pain. Would give zero stars if possible. After waiting nearly 2 hours for my appointment, I had to leave due to a work commitment I had scheduled more than enough time around. I feel like she doesn’t listen to me and always rushes through our appointments. She cuts me off when I’m explaining my symptoms.
I gave Dr. Rackoff a shot when my rheumatologist switched offices. I found her to be extremely cold- I almost felt as if I had to defend my diagnosis. She wanted me to provide evidence of how my diagnosis was discovered, suggesting a retest of the near 2k in testing that I had already shelled out to determine my diagnosis. I felt like she was extremely detached from the patient experience, and has no regard for the financial ramifications of retests.
