My lab caregiver Nicholas was super nice and helpful
I waited 20 min for Paula to connect. The app CED uses is awful! This is a the 2nd time the audio hasn't connected so had to talk on cellphones causing echoes of voices. In the 11 years I've had this disease, not one of my CED care providers has told me not to inject into scar tissue! This tells me that no one has bothered to read my file. Paula informed me yesterday for the 1st time since I've been under her care. I don't know if my other illnesses may be a factor, but again that hasn't been discussed.
