Specialties: We offer over 50 group exercise classes each week! We also have over 50 cardio machines with individual TV's on each machine and a large free weight area complete with dumbbells, plated weights, stretching area, mirrors, and machines to focus on every area of the body. Our gym features 6 basketball goals (1 regulation size court, 2 cross courts). Lockers and showers are provided, but members should bring their own locks. Lockers are free to members and guests. Lap pool temp was perfect! Make sure you don't go swim between 6:00 to 7:30 between swim team and swim lessons it's hard to get a lane.
