Paula is a miracle worker, she helped me come back from a serious shoulder injury from a cycling crash and also a separate low back injury. I've also been lucky enough to have her new apprentice Angela work on my back and I can see her being a tremendous addition to the team.
Superb work Paula has worked with me multiple times over the last several months to help resolve muscle tension in my shoulders. She has done great work, and is a wonderful person to know. I highly recommend her to anyone.
