I had a great experience with Zandra and Ryan! As soon as I called, they immediately picked up. Zandra was able to get me the best quote on my car and was also extremely friendly. Ryan was able to add a better plan onto my coverage, which helped me out a lot!
Zandra came through for me in a big way. She expedited an issue I was having with my business and gave me great information for the future. She was a joy to talk to and extremely helpful. She took the time to listen to my long winded story. I've been with Paula Faivre for a LONG time. She has helped me immensely with my business. Not just with insurance advice either. With all sorts of other things too. Great team to work with!
Jake is very knowledgeable about his work. He’s the best, always my hero. I highly recommend him.
Usually when I call in I get either Jake or Ryan and they are both amazing!! I move a lot for work and these two individual patiently helped me set up new policies from coming out of state and helped me transition the coverage very seamlessly. They are polite, professional, personable and they handle business in a very timely manner. I’m very impressed and satisfied with Paula and her team she’s surrounded herself with. 10/10 would recommend especially to any military moving to the area.
Monica and Jake's exceptional interpersonal skills and warm demeanor thoroughly impressed me, and their competitive rate was unmatched. I anticipate a long-standing and fruitful partnership with them. 10 stars if I could!!!
