Just left this place and honestly I’m glad she’s retiring today because I cried on my way home because she is so rude and looks at you as if you supposed to fix your own problems. I came in today because I wanted to get back on BC and talk about other issues I were having . She didn’t even speak when she came in she basically just asked why wasn’t I undressed on the bed and had told her , her assistant and I would wait to see if she’d wanna continue with exam due to me starting my monthly. If I could leave no stars, I would. I had the worst experience with this doctor. She's rude, as she mumbled something under her breath as I was talking to her about my mental health concerns. She was uninterested in my overall health. I left with unanswered questions. Her demeanor is cold and dismissive. None of the traits you'd want in a doctor. If you're considering her, please do some more research and locate another doctor.
Dr Cross was so un-interested in me or my issue at all. She showed no concern for my health issue. She did not introduce herself. She barely spoke to me. I had to ask questions to understand what my next steps were and she still left me wondering what was going to happen next and when. Kelsey Seybold, this doctor definitely is not improving the Kelsey name.
On of the worse experiences I have had with doctors for a while. Asking questions in a rude way, didn’t even care about my well-being. Cold, rude and uninterested to be your doctor. It’s a shame that’s the kind of doctor Kelsey-Seybold employ
Absolutely the coldest doctor I have ever met. 😭 Had her assistant Rosie not been so kind I would have left in tears.
