Paula and Chay were absolutely a dream to work with. Each element of the transaction was handled proficiently and professionally, this team exceeded expectations!
Chay was beyond amazing! There were issues with the lenders and the appraisers and Chay took care of all the complications. Made my life much easier. She is very communicative and stays on top of everyone else to ensure the deal gets done! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor
Chay and Paula are great realtors and people! They are professional and knowledgeable. Chay and Paula answered all my questions and helped me prepare my house for sale. Paula even brought her husband, and a very tall ladder, to my house to replace a bulb that hadn't been changed in years. I would gladly work with them again to buy or sell a home.
If I could give this 10 stars I would. Paula made a very hectic and emotional move go more smoothly than I could ever have anticipated. She covered every detail with the utmost professionalism. Actually she went beyond that! We are older and not all that computer savvy, she even got us through that😅😅😅
