Even though office was crowded, got in at a reasonable amount of time and was seen pretty quickly.
The young lady sitting at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. Anytime we asked a question, she responded in a very abrupt, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. I believe her name was Roxanne. Her name badge was turned around, so I was unable to clearly verify her name.
