Great staff, amazing doctor, & clean facility!
Absolutely despicable waiting times, plus no A/C with a room full of people, I almost faint. The problem is the front staff won’t even let you know “hey Dr. Bilica has overbooked herself and there is a two hour wait” you could have informed us, but you failed. Do not come here, this is not normal waiting times. Front staff quite literally look so done with their jobs. Ew. Save yourself the headache. I 100% left and will wait for a refund.
Dr. Paula Bilica was friendly, attentive and helped me feel comfortable during the exam by talking to me. In addition, the staff was friendly and I was seen quickly. My visit overall was great and I highly recommend Dr. Bilica and the facility!👍😊
Disappointed and deeply concerned. I scheduled a post-op appointment well in advance and provided my insurance info, only to be reassured twice that everything was set. Less than 24 hours before the appointment — at six weeks post-op — I received a last-minute cancellation because the doctors “don’t do post-op care for surgeries performed elsewhere.” I pleaded with the staff, explaining the urgency and timing, but was told that every doctor refused to make an exception.
